Christopher Bilmes

Christopher’s practice involves dispute resolution with a bias towards commercial disputes, employment law, family law and personal injury.
He is experienced in handling both fast track and multi-track claims and appears regularly as an advocate before the Chancery and Queen's Bench Masters, the District Judges of the Principal Registry of the Family Division, the County Courts and Employment Tribunals.
Christopher was a key part of the family team, with Anthony Bilmes, bringing a successful appeal before the House of Lords on a celebrated 2006 child abduction case.
He is a keen supporter of mediated dispute settlements.
