David Lawrence

David is the partner in charge of our Brighton office and leads our nationwide commercial property and licensing teams.
David specialises in a wide range of commercial property matters, with a particular bias towards the retail and office space sectors. Although we work throughout England and Wales, David has significant experience in the south coast and especially the Brighton and Hove commercial property markets, including matters ranging from small high street shops to major new developments.
David also heads our niche licensing law practice and is a BIIAB approved tutor.
David was a building surveyor before pursuing a career in law.
