Duncan Wilks

Duncan's work focuses on all aspects of litigation and debt recovery and he is experienced in handling claims in all civil courts. He has a particular interest in bankruptcy and insolvency having acted in a variety of cases for both insolvency practitioners and those who find themselves subject to insolvency procedures.
Like all members of the Bilmes LLP dispute resolution team he is a keen supporter of mediated dispute settlements.
