Gaynor is an associate in our property team, specialising in residential property transactions and remortgages and is especially experienced in the area of complex leases and leasehold enfranchisement. She is also involved in our high value transaction and buy-to-let investment cases.
Gaynor is based in Sutton and although she deals particularly with clients throughout south London and the southern Home Counties she also looks after clients over the entire country.
Gaynor is fluent in French and is happy to take instructions and advise French speaking clients.
